ProjectQ

We support ProjectQ because Madin Lopez helps LGBTQIA and homeless youth combat bullying, develop self esteem and find an identity for themselves through hair styling. What she really provides is life coaching for those who need it most, when they need it most.
Bloom Again

We support Bloom because the organization helps working women who encounter serious health issues by providing for basic necessities that will allow them to take time off from work so that they can focus on healing.
Mujeres de la Tierra

We support Mujeres de la Tierra because they empower community to determine their own environmental future while honoring their culture.
East Yard Communities for Environmental Justice
We support EYCEJ because they fight for environmental justice by empowering our youth to challenge the status quo, including the rhetoric of “supporters” who must do more to stop the disproportionate health impacts of bad policy decisions.
Las Fotos Project
We support the Mayan Women in L.A. Photo Project because these young womxn are reclaiming their history and embracing the Mayan diaspora triggered by the Guatemalan military’s campaign of terror against poor people, Indigenous people, leftists, and women. Their commitment reflects the resilience of a people that continues to survive and thrive.
Dyke Day L.A.
We support Dyke Day L.A. because it is led by some of the city’s most badass LGBTQ folk who are committed to continue L.A.’s only free event for queer women, youth, families, and allies in a safe and welcoming environment. Donations via Paypal to dykedayla@gmail.com
